Gift cards are a popular and convenient choice, but they often feel impersonal, lacking the emotional connection of a thoughtful gift. This project focused on enhancing digital gift cards by introducing personalization features, allowing users to add custom messages, photos, and videos. By addressing key user pain points, the goal was to make digital gifting more meaningful while maintaining ease of use.

Nume Crypto is a blockchain protocol focused on making transactions seamless, transparent, and predictable by eliminating uncertainty in statuses and fees. I led the end-to-end design process, including user research, competitive analysis, user flow development, wireframing, visual design, and prototyping. Collaborating with product and engineering teams, I designed user-centered solutions like
real-time transaction history
for better visibility, a
subscription-based pricing model (Nume Premium)

Building trust in blockchain transactions with transparency & predictable pricing
Ironfort is a robust cybersecurity platform designed to manage security operations across networks, endpoints, identity, applications, and cloud systems. It leverages machine learning to detect and investigate potential threats autonomously, making advanced security accessible to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). I led the end-to-end design process for this platform, focusing on user research, persona development, and crafting a streamlined subscription model, as well as an intuitive threat intelligence interface that supports real-time triaging and prioritization for effective security management.

Empowering small businesses with accessible cybersecurity tools and real-time threat intelligence
Rapido, India’s premier bike taxi platform, connects millions of users with over a million captains across the country. Focused on enhancing both the user and captain experience, we introduced a bonus incentive feature to encourage captains to stay engaged, drive more rides, and increase retention. I led the end-to-end design for this feature, conducting survey analysis, developing user goals, and crafting a transparent, motivating design that empowers captains to achieve their earning targets. The result was a 4x increase in captain retention and a 23% boost in revenue within six months.

Frontier is a multi-chain DeFi aggregator and crypto wallet focused on simplifying decentralized finance management for its users. With a growing user base and evolving DeFi needs, Frontier's existing mobile app couldn’t fully support the expanding use cases. In response, we reimagined the platform to deliver an intuitive, all-in-one experience for managing DeFi investments. I led the end-to-end design, from user research and competitor analysis to wireframing and visual design, creating a streamlined, accessible web app that enables users to seamlessly view, track, and manage their DeFi assets.
